6 months on every board.
Every Darkmatter® board has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Keep your invoice: we need a copy for any claim.
- Physical damage from use, such as water damage or tampered components.
- A burnt circuit from wrong wiring or overloading.
- An ESC burnt by spinning motors without propellers at high throttle, or by arming without propellers in Angle mode.
WhatsApp us a photo of the board and your invoice. We inspect it for physical damage and the points above. If it is eligible we replace it at no cost, and help you with your build.
